1. Mannequin Pictures

Blouses shown in all mannequin images are used only for customer understanding. All blouse pieces are unstitched unless otherwise mentioned.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable or due to any unforeseen reason. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 10–15 working days.

2. Color & Description

We strive to represent all product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Fabric dye characteristics

  • Weather conditions during dyeing

  • Lighting during photography

  • Digital screen brightness, contrast, and color settings

Customers are advised to consider these minor variations before placing an order.

Important notes about color variations:

  • Red, maroon, and orange shades often appear differently on camera and screens.

  • Green and blue tones can overlap depending on lighting.

  • Off-white, cream, and white may appear similar.

  • Sea green may look aqua blue, and vice versa.

  • Ironed bandhani looks different from crushed bandhani.

3. Conditions of Use / Product Care

Shree Ganpati Plaza will not be responsible for any damage caused due to improper handling or care of purchased products.

Recommended Care Instructions:

  • Store sarees in muslin cloth and keep them in a dry place.

  • Do NOT wash at home. Only professional dry cleaning is recommended.

  • Handle all embroidered, bandhej, and delicate products with care.

  • If you find a loose thread, do not pull it—cut it gently with scissors.

  • After wearing, allow the product to air-dry under a fan before storing.

  • Colors in bandhani products may not be completely fast.

  • No guarantee is provided on zari or metallic thread products.

  • All products are thoroughly checked and assured for quality, design, and craftsmanship before dispatch.
