1. Shree Ganpati Plaza provides a full refund only in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect compared to what was ordered.

4. Once we receive the returned product and complete the quality check, the refund will be processed within 15 working days. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
