Shipping Policy – Shree Ganpati Plaza

1. Wrong Delivery Address
Shree Ganpati Plaza will not be responsible for wrong or failed delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

2. VAT / Customs Duty (International Orders)

Any customs duty, VAT, import tax, or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the buyer/consignee.

3. Shipping Charges​

Domestic Shipping: Free

International Shipping: Additional charges apply based on weight & destination

4. Delivery Timelines

Domestic delivery typically takes 10–15 days depending on product availability.

International delivery usually takes 20–25 days.

5. Transit Damages

We pack all orders securely with protective materials. However, Shree Ganpati Plaza is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during transit

  • Damage/soiling due to customs or delivery procedures in the destination country

If authorities decline or fail to accept the package for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Shipping & Handling

Orders for delivery within India are generally shipped within 10–15 days of purchase.

International shipments may take 15+ days to reach the destination depending on courier and customs clearance.

7. No Refund for Courier Delays

Shree Ganpati Plaza does not provide refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for delays caused by courier or shipping agencies.

8. Uncontrollable Delays

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery of goods due to:

  • Wrong address from customer

  • Natural calamities (flood, fire, earthquakes)

  • Wars, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions

  • Any situations beyond our control

9. Delay Notification

If shipment is delayed due to stock unavailability or unusual processing delays, customers will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

10. Redelivery Charges

If a delivery fails due to customer error (incorrect name/address or recipient unavailable), any additional re-delivery cost will be charged to the customer.

11. Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and true information when placing an order.
